The product and price

The price shown on the page, in pounds sterling, is the price you pay. It includes VAT where VAT applies and includes delivery to UK addresses.

Your order

When you pay through our Stripe checkout and receive an email confirmation, we have accepted your order. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days from your order. We email tracking details when the parcel ships. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

Returns and refunds

See our returns page. You can return the rollers within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Faulty goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing here limits them.

Product use

The rollers are for removing loose hair from household fabrics. Test on a small hidden area of delicate fabric first. Keep them out of reach of young children.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Complaints and law

Email us first and we will try to fix the problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use the courts there.
