Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind and return it. This is longer than the 14 days the law requires.

How to return

1. Email hello@yairtech.co.uk with your order email and the word "return". We reply with the return address.
2. Send the set back to that address. Please keep proof of postage.
3. We refund the price you paid to your original payment card within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing proof that you sent it, whichever is earlier.

The cost of returning an item is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or not as described.

Faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including the original delivery and return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.

Cancelling before it ships

Email us any time before dispatch and we will refund you in full.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver within 5 to 10 days of your order. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you can cancel and we will refund you.
